How it works
It learns from what actually helped
- 01Notices
It reads what is happening for each person from the systems a company already runs, such as billing, support and usage.
- 02Decides
It works out whether anything would help right now. Often the answer is to do nothing.
- 03Helps
When something would help, it explains, reminds or answers on the channel the person already uses. When a person would be better placed to help, it hands over.
- 04Checks
It looks at what happened next. Did the person understand, act, come back, or need help again? What helped is kept, and what didn't is dropped.

Customer conversations and personal details stay in the company's own isolated environment. They are not used to train anything and are never pooled across companies.
- We learn the method
What improves over time is how to help, learned from working with the company's team, not from its customers' conversations.
- People sign off
A person approves how the AI behaves before it goes live. Consent and contact limits are enforced by the system.
