We're a small team in Zagreb. What we build ends up helping real people with everyday decisions, usually soon after it ships.
The work
Deciding when to help, and when not to
The hard part isn't getting a model to write a good message. It's deciding, for one person on one day, whether to send anything at all, and checking later whether that was the right call.
That takes real systems: connecting to a company's billing, remembering what someone said months ago, and knowing when to hand over to a person. The assistant on this site runs on the same platform.
Culture
What it's like here
There is very little management structure. If you'd like a detailed plan handed to you each week, it won't suit you. If you'd like to own a problem and ship it, it will.
Fine without a map
Things move fast and are often unclear. That's a normal week here.
Self-directed
Nobody hands you a backlog on Monday. You work out what matters.
Likes building
Starting from nothing, trying things and shipping often is the fun part.

You take a problem from start to end instead of passing it along.

We don't compete on perks, and we'd rather say so now.
Kebab Monday, Squid Friday and karaoke. Ava, our own assistant, pairs people up for lunch every week.
Open positions
Who we're looking for
- Software Engineer
Junior or experienced. Design, build, test and ship with a lot of freedom. We use Python, Java and Vue.js most.
- Product
For people who want to work close to customers and shape what gets built. Covers UX, product ownership and project management.
Before you write
The practical details
- Every role is on site in Zagreb, at Zavrtnica 17.
- We hire students and full-time employees. Both work full time.
- There's no internship programme right now, but students are welcome to work with us.
- We don't have machine learning or data science roles. The work is software engineering, integrations, and the systems around publicly available models.
